At RadPath Labs, we value your trust. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and patient-centric.
1. Cancellation before Collection
A 100% refund will be processed if a booking is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled home collection time. For cancellations within 4 hours, a nominal convenience fee of ₹150 may be deducted.
2. Technical Failures
In the rare event that a sample is unsuitable for testing or a technical error occurs during processing, we will offer a free re-collection. If you choose not to go ahead with a re-collection, a full refund for that specific test will be initiated.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method (Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
