By accessing and using RadPath Labs' digital portal and physical diagnostic services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Important: All diagnostic reports provided by RadPath Labs must be reviewed by a qualified medical professional. Our reports do not constitute a final diagnosis or medical advice.
3. Booking & Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled home collection.
- Refunds for cancelled appointments will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Sample collection timings are subject to phlebotomist availability and traffic conditions.
- Digital reports will only be released after full payment is received.
4. Privacy & Data
Your medical data is protected under our strict privacy protocols. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your reports and personal identifiers remain confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
